Our high-efficiency intelligent constant pressure plate-fin heat exchange unit is a complete "heat exchange station" and "constant pressure station" in one. It efficiently concentrates heat exchange and controls the pressure of the pipe network.
The heat medium on the primary side enters the plate heat exchanger through the temperature control system, releasing heat and discharging into the condensate water tank. The low temperature water on the secondary side enters the plate heat exchanger through the circulating pump and is then sent out. A temperature sensor located at the water outlet of the secondary side feeds back the temperature signal to the temperature control system, allowing for precise temperature control of the water outlet.
The stabilized pump receives the pressure signal from the pressure sensor and automatically supplies water to the pipe network. Simultaneously, the water enters the constant pressure tank, which ensures a constant pressure in the pipe network. Once the water pressure reaches a certain level, the water supply is stopped, maintaining a stable pressure.
