The high-efficiency intelligent constant pressure plate-fin heat exchange unit is a complete "heat exchange station" and "constant pressure station" in one. It efficiently concentrates heat exchange and controls the pressure of the pipe network.
The heat medium on the primary side enters the plate heat exchanger through the temperature control system, releasing heat and then discharging into the condensate water tank. The low temperature water on the secondary side enters the plate heat exchanger through the circulating pump and is sent out. A temperature sensor located at the water outlet of the secondary side feeds back the temperature signal to the temperature control system, which adjusts the flow of the heat medium to control the temperature of the water outlet on the secondary side.
The stabilized pump receives the pressure signal from the pressure sensor and automatically supplies water to the pipe network. Simultaneously, the water enters the constant pressure tank. When the water pressure of the pipe network reaches a certain pressure, the water supply is stopped. The constant pressure tank ensures the pressure of the pipe network remains constant.
