The high-efficiency intelligent constant pressure plate-fin heat exchange unit is a complete "heat exchange station" and "constant pressure station" in one. It efficiently concentrates heat exchange and controls the pressure of the pipe network.
The primary side of the heat exchanger receives the heat medium, which is then released through the plate heat exchanger and discharged into the condensate water tank. On the secondary side, low-temperature water enters the plate heat exchanger through the circulating pump and is sent out. A temperature sensor located at the water outlet of the secondary side feeds back the temperature signal to the temperature control system, allowing for precise temperature control.
The stabilized pump receives the pressure signal from the pressure sensor and automatically supplies water to the pipe network. The water also enters the constant pressure tank, which helps maintain a constant pressure in the pipe network. Once the desired pressure is reached, the water supply is stopped.
