High-Efficiency Intelligent Constant Pressure Plate-Fin Heat Exchange Unit


The high-efficiency intelligent constant pressure plate-fin heat exchange unit is a complete "heat exchange station" and "constant pressure station" in one. It efficiently concentrates heat exchange and controls the pressure of the pipe network.


The primary side of the unit receives the heat medium, which is then released through the plate heat exchanger and discharged into the condensate water tank. On the secondary side, low-temperature water enters the plate heat exchanger via the circulating pump and is sent out. A temperature sensor at the water outlet of the secondary side feeds back the temperature signal to the control system, allowing for precise temperature control.


The stabilized pump, receiving pressure signals from the pressure sensor, automatically supplies water to the pipe network. The water also enters the constant pressure tank, which maintains a constant pressure in the pipe network. Once the desired pressure is reached, the water supply is stopped.
