Bottle-Grade Raw Material Granules Plastic Pellet Polyester Chips
PET material, commonly known as polyester resin, is the most important variety of thermoplastic polyester. Its physical properties are milky white or light yellow highly crystalline polymer with smooth and shiny surface. Creep resistance, fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance, low wear and high hardness, with the greatest toughness among thermoplastics.

Features:
1. Good electrical insulation performance, less affected by temperature, but poor corona resistance.
2. Non-toxic, weather resistance, good stability against chemicals, low water absorption, resistant to weak acids and organic solvents, but not resistant to hot water soaking, not alkali resistant.
3. The glass transition temperature of PET resin is high, the crystallization speed is slow, the molding cycle is long, the molding cycle is long, the molding shrinkage rate is large, the dimensional stability is poor, the crystallized molding is brittle, and the heat resistance is low.
4. The heat distortion temperature and long-term use temperature are very high among thermoplastic general engineering plastics.
5. Because of the high heat resistance, the reinforced PET is immersed in a solder bath at 250°C for 10 seconds, and it hardly deforms and does not change color. It is especially suitable for the preparation of electronic and electrical parts for soldering.
6. The bending strength is 200MPa, the modulus of elasticity reaches 4000MPa, the creep resistance and fatigue resistance are also very good, the surface hardness is high, and the mechanical properties are similar to thermosetting plastics.

2.Storage:
The resin should be stored in a drafty, dry warehouse and away from fire and direct sunlight. It should not be piled up in the open air.

During transportation, the product should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly prohibited.

Application:

1. Various types of food, medicines, non-toxic sterile packaging materials; Textiles, precision instruments, electrical components, high-grade packaging materials; Tapes, videotapes, film, computer floppy disk, metal coating and the substrate such as photographic film; Electrical insulation materials, capacitor film, flexible printed circuit boards and membrane switch and other electronics and machinery. 


2. Package bottle: From the initial development of carbonated beverages to the present beer bottles, cooking oil bottles, condiment bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetic bottles.

3. Electric products: Manufacture of connectors, coil winding tube, integrated circuit case, capacitor, transformer enclosure, TV accessories, tuners, switches, timer cover, auto fuses, motor bracket, and relays.
